FaceTime demo was pretty impressive, but it's going to be terribly gimped initially requiring both parties to not only have iPhone 4's, but to also be on WiFi at the same time.
So all thats being released to day is new iphone?
So far today yes. Remember WWDC is multiple days (I think)
Apple may announce something without any fanfare this afternoon (such as hardware bumps), but don't count on anything. So all thats being released to day is new iphone?

Unless it's unlocked, how are you going to do that? They go for $99 new.
Can't see that site from work, any mention on the OS4 release date?
I'm getting antsy for it.
Question about FaceTime, when he said it's wi-fi only, do you think it means it's going to be directly iPhone 4 to iPhone 4 without using the cell phone network at all or does it still use the network for the calling?
The reason I'm asking is that I'm thinking about e.g. an iPhone 4 user in the US and an iPhone 4 user in Germany. If they use FaceTime talking with each other, will it be an international call or no (since it's all wi-fi, like Skype)?

I also hope AT&T doesnt' start monitoring their network for tethering use.
