I signed up, I'm in the Netherlands. If there's no-one else that lives here, that's okay :).

im in, whats an example of a prize?

Well, when you get your persons likes and dislikes, etc you can then go about looking for something that would fit them. I know i personally looked through all my persons posts last year to get a feel for them.

Even though the "max" for the gift is $20... think about finding something (within your own budget) that is cool and that you think they would like.
Don't half ass it and give someone a bag of hershey kisses.

I gave someone a bag of Christmas colored M&M's last year :(

...of course that was on top of 2 of the other gifts I tracked down and found out he wanted by his postings.

in that case its fine.. that was ALL i got. I know the $20 amount is simply a suggested amount, but I actually gave my person a gift over 20$ and was ok with it.

I moved up to Canada this year, could I still be included in the US group? I don't mind paying a bit extra to ship out of the country, I just like the idea of having a larger pool of people possible :)

Did this a couple years ago, and it was fun :)
I'll have to pass on this year though.

We recommend that the gifts should at least be in the $20 amount.

I'm kind of confused by this quote. Is $20 the maximum? Minimum? Recommended amount? Please clarify. :)

We want the item to be approximately $20 just to keep it fair to everyone. A bag of MM's was sent last year and we do not want that to happen again. If you have a heavy item, please take into account that it will take extra to ship it.

Thanks, Jeff

So you're basicallyl saying ~20 bucks shipped.
