I think I first heard about the d* in a box from an obscure 70's - 80's porno movie. The guy placed his weenie in an empty pizza box and surprised a girl with it. I'm kind of surprised how wide spread this concept is -- it's like everybody has heard about it but I'm pretty sure everyone didn't see the same scene I saw.
