no... but in the event of a routine stop where 5 cops literally try to figure out why the color of your car is dark grey on the reg. but comes off as a greenish shade in the sun and hassle one about it.

Correct. Most REQUIRE at least 2 year now and want a 4year. That and most cops start out at high20's to maybe the low 30's depending on city and job listing.

I don't know of any department that will let you work at 18yo - Gainesville FL PD is 19yo for admin work, and 21 for sworn officer.

I have a friend who's a cop here in California. I know he makes very good money, over 80K a year. He wanted to get me on as a cop, and I actually could of done it, but I have no desire to be one. I went on a ride-along with him one night, and besides a couple of minutes, it was actually pretty boring. Not really something I'd want to do.
