IMHO, the 50-pack Memorex is pretty hot, and is comparable to the online deals for 50-pack Ritek discs. I'm not sure about the media code for the ones at OM, but I've been able to burn some of Memorex DVD+R at 8X in my burner (Ritek JPN media code).

This is HOT!

I just happened to be looking at the OfficeMax flyer for next week in another browser window, and in that flyer (6/6/2004 - 6/13/2004), they show the KVR 333Mhz 512MB DIMM as $149.99 - $40 IR - $20 MIR = $89.99.

So until tomorrow, it's actually cheaper out-the-door, after IR. I also wonder, if there is a valid MIR as well on this memory? (Maybe mfg rebate?)
 
The deal on the ram just got better. A $20 MIR added today(6-6-04 to 6-12-04), but it looks to be online only. (at least at my local store)

I have a $10 off any $50 purchase coupon.
Would that work on this?

grrrrh... They "canceled" my order on the ram. Said that it was an error in price on their website. I wish they'd just say they messed up, but instead I got:

"Prices and items are subject to change without notice. OfficeMax.com reserves the right to limit purchase quantities and to discontinue items. OfficeMax.com is not responsible for, and will not honor, printing or typographical errors."

Of course my order had been on backorder for 3 days, just wish they'd have let me know sooner. After an order is placed I assume it is a contract, at least it seems to be on our end. I'll take the rest of my comments to a moaning thread. 🙁
