Officemax claims to not honor staples coupons!!!

I appoligize if this is in the wrong forum but I just left officemax where they denied honoring a staples coupon. I don't think I'v lost my mind cause I remember that they always have as far as I can remember. Can anyone help me find their store policy so that I can show them the error of their ways. If I can do this there is a hot deal on a palm M130. So I think this is somewhat deserving of being in Hot Deals. Thanks anyone.

Also the officemax policy I think can vary by store. You might have better luck going at another time and getting another mananger. Or just ask him to show the policy.

the 12th of december they changed their corporate policy of accepting competitors coupons, I read this in a thread at chubby billfold

Actually, this should be in Brag and Moan . Go back to the store when the manager is off his shift. The manager just probably doesn't know about the policy, so print it out off the website and bring it in (make sure to remember the url or print that out fully also just in case).

Just read the post above me, this could make officemax a heck of a lot colder place to shop at.

officemax coupon policy really depends on the manager of the store. but it seems one thing is apparent now... they will not accept copies or printed out coupons. that is why i am only using the email coupons these days.
