OfficeMax $30 off $150 and $50 off $250 coupons (CitiBank customers)

I stumbled across this coupon by accident while I was checking out CitiBankCards.com which allows you to access information on your CitiBank credit card, make payments, setup billpay, etc. Then I noticed on the right hand side CitiPrivileges and noticed quite a few different coupons.

I'm not sure if these coupons work or not since I can't seem to remember my OfficeMax username or password so I'm kinda SOL. Maybe one of you can test this out to see if you immediately receive the coupon or maybe it's credited directly to your CitiBank CC?

To find these coupons visit CitiPrivileges and click on the OfficeMax ad on the upper left. I would only try this if you are a CitiBank customer, otherwise you may not receive the discount.

all the OM.com coupons I've ever seen are new-customers only. If this one is for return customers, then it's hot.
