When i stick in my office xp disc, some prompt comes up telling me i have to install some missing or updated files, so i go ahead and click 'ok'. so, it goes and installs all the 'needed' files. Next thing i know, an installation prompt comes up, and looks like it will actually install the program. However, it doesn't and some st00pid prompt comes up saying that i don't have an updated version of some dll file, i don't know what to do now, any suggestions?

BTW this is exactly what the error says: Error 25506. Microsoft Office XP requires updated system filse not detected on your computer. You must install the System Files Update prior to isntalling Office. C:\Windows\System\ASYCFILT.DLL is version 2.40.4275.1 when we require version 2.40.4277.1
