Office Assistant certainly does exist in OfficeXP...

You may want to try dropping the .acg and .acs files for the Einstein assistant into the same directory as the assistants for OfficeXP...

Doing a Search>Files: *.acg found C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10

May or may not work, but worth a shot. There are no official Office Assistants for OXP from MS, nor are there aren official 'import' tools.

Try giving a shot at searching for "acs" in your registry, then replacing the paths in HKEY_USERS\<some really long number>\Software\Microsoft\Office\Common\Assistant with the Assistant you want to use.

All standard warnings for playing with your registry apply.

Well, the registry thing didn't work- office kept changing it back. However, I DID find another way around, although it's not as complete as I'd like. What I ended up doing was going to the office directory and deleting one of the other characters, in my case, dot.acs and dot.acg. Then I put the genius.acg and genius.acs (einstein) files in the office directory, and changed their names to dot.acs and dot.acg. Then I started up word, and went to choose office assitant, and voila, there was einstein. But of course, dot was not there. If anyone can figure out a way to import new assistants w/o using the names of old ones, I would really appreciate it if they'd post it.

Open the installation and then select you want to select all options for all programs.
There you will find your selection of all those little "death-mongers" ;-)
