What is the difference between the medialess kits that Microsoft offers for Office Small Business 2007?

I can see I can purchase 9QA-01498 or I can purchase 9QA-01757. The first one is a bit less money, but I don't know what the difference is. Any suggestions?
 
The medialess kits are just the cd key that you purchase which are generally used to activate the office that is preloaded on most computers.

There is no cd with it. I'm not sure if you can download the trial and active it with the media less kit
