Office/Terminal server licensing question - NM answered my own question

I have someone I'm trying to help out and he is thinking about putting in a terminal server with Office. Does anyone know if special licensing is required to run Office on a terminal server? I'm assuming they wont let you just buy one copy of Office Pro and let a bunch of users run it simultainiously.
