This is the office of the director of my wife's department. The residents decided to play a bit of joke on him.

There's 2000 cups in there. Everyone one of them on the floor is half full of water. Almost every square inch of the floor is covered wall to wall, including under the desk.

The goofy thing sitting on the chair is "Cocky". He's the unoffical group mascot. He happens to be reading a report of about the dangers of dihydrogen monoxide. 🙂
