Office Router/Firewall

I am looking for a router/firewall that has one-to-one NAT capabilities in the $500-$1000 range. Something similar to a SonicWall TZ 170. Content Filtering would be good but it has to have one-to-one NAT and be good and reliable. It will be supporting about 40 users (only about 10-15 are actively using internet though). This is for an office solution and will not contain wireless. Thanks in advance.
