Office Printer for Home Use

I want to get rid of my old HP Photosmart 7200 series printer. I've had it for around 5 years an when it is working it works well. If I don't use it for a few days, the first sheet I print causes a paper jam. Then for some reason, the software gets messed up and I have to reinstall everything.
I am a "average" home user meaning I print monthly bank statements, confirmations when I buy items on line, etc. Sometimes grand kids use it for reports or just playing around, etc.
I've been looking around and found a few office printers that look good to me, specially for the price.
Question is, most office printers say a duty cycle of one or more thousand pages per month. I'm lucky if I print 50 pages a month. Would there be a problem using a office printer with such low printing needs?
I do use the scan and copy features and every so often use the fax features..... Here is a example of what I am looking at. http://www.bestbuy.com/site/hp-offic...&skuId=4671034
Actual price is $100 less then shown.

I'm not aware of any. I inherited a 10 (now 15) year old HP LaserJet 4050TN when my last company closed its local office. I'm sure I print fewer than 200 pages a year on it and it still works like the day it was new. It'll probably last another 15 years.

It looks like that printer is an inkjet. In my experience, low use of an inkjet often causes the print head to clog up, requiring you to run the cleaning routine which wastes a lot of ink, or you need to buy fresh cartridges. A laser printer will probably be better for occasional use. If you don't need colour, then a monochrome laser all in one are pretty cheap.

My problem with the model in question is that it is an AIO, not just a printer. However, that might cause an increase in use since it would also be your copy machine and scanner.
