so lately all the pictures that i want to open have been opeing with microsoft's picture manager, and not the wndows pciture/fax viewer, how do i make it so ALL pics dont open with pic manager and the standard windows viewer instead, it is a pain to use manager becuase you cant scroll through like in viewer.
 
Assuming you're running Windows XP right click on one of your picture files, go to "Open With..." > "Choose Program" now select the program you want to open your files, and check the option box that says "Always use the selected program to open this type of file."
