I work in an office network , i also have a seperate internet broadband connection . If i want to use internet i have to plug off office ethernet and plug in broadband ethernet to connect to use internet .. Now i want to use office link and internet simultaneously in my pc ...

If this is "by design", to isolate the LAN from the internet, then it may be a security risk to connect to both at once, and may be a serious policy violation.

As you are essentially one (potential malware) step away from connecting the two. (Software bridging between NICs. Bad Juju there if the LAN is unprepared.)
