I am trying to order the best data modem from the officemax.com website and I can't do it. Here's my course of action, I have tried to create 2 accounts and same thing happens.
1. I go to officemax.com, login with a name and password.
2. Get the modem into my cart and go to checkout.
3. I put in my credit card info ok and click proceed or whatever it tells you to do.
4. I get routed to a screen that asks for only my password, when I type in the right password, it just takes me back to the same page, when I type in the wrong password it says ***invalid username / password combination.
Can someone try to order something from the site and see if this happens for them also. Thanks!
