Office Keyboard screwy

hey all,

I have a Microsoft Office Keyboard, and sometimes it will just randomly type in all CAPS, and do the SHIFT commands on the ,.;'[] for example. Then, after a few minutes, it will shut off.

I have ran the update, and disabled the CAPS LOCK key. Any other ideas?
