Office Depot Return Policy

This is prolly in the wrong forum....but you people seem to have the most knowledge on this topic.. i purchased a refurbished phone online..and there are scratches on it.. so i want to go pick up a new one at my local Office Depot...and then return my refurbished one to get my money back.... will they check the product??

like i wanna return my refurbished phone pretending it's the new one i just bought from them.. you think they will notice???
