This is my first hot deal so please be kind.

Anyway, I'm just at my local Office Depot and they have a huge bin display of Play Station 2 games (new) on clearance for 4.67 and 9.99. I don't have a Play Station 2 nor do I know much about them, but there sure is a lot of them and they do appear to be new.

Don't know if this is just local, but if it is, it's the Everett store in Washington.

I guess thats why OD had to mark them down...too many PS 2 games in there that no one knew about.

they were likely just testing out the concept at a few stores (and it's looking like it didn't do well)... it's probably not worth the drive. call the store and ask if they carry them.

Washington State.

Definately worth a call before you make the drive, but they were there at the Everett Store.

yes.. office depot does carry PS 2 games.. not the newest ones.. but hey... some of tem are goine for 4.67 so u cant ever beat that for a new game.. buy a couple and trade it in at ur local game store for a new one... =)

Some OD's do carry games but they are often the crappy ones or ones available very cheap. Dont go in expecting to find GTA Vice City or Metal Gear Solid because they dont have those.

Agreed I saw some in Tallahassee, FL when I was there.
I bought Jade Coccoon 2 and Silpheed: Lost Planet.

Some others I saw were Dark Cloud, Woody Woodpecker, Swing Away Golf, NHL 2001, Project Eden, TimeSplitters, Oni, plus some other titles I forgot because they were too crappy.

I was in a Office Depot in Orlando and they had this deal. I bought Endgame and Armoured Core 2.
I remember they had Gun Griffon Blaze,Maximo,Rumble Racing,Tekken Tag Tournament.Thunderstrike:
Operation Phoenix, and Driven. The playstation 2 games are $9.99 and the playstation games are
$4.99. I also bought Driver for playsation for $4.99.

Maximo for 9.99 would be a great deal, that is a highly overlooked PS2 game, one of my very favorites.
