So I jumped in on that buy one get one free 100 pack of memorex dvd-rs last week for $64. They made some mistake and had it sent to the wrong store so the customer service rep said she would cancel the order and resubmit it at my store, I get the DVD's and come home, then on friday I get a letter in the mail from my bank saying they had to use overdraft protection for a $320 check. Now considering I had over a thousand dollars in my account I'm like wtf?!? I call them back and they said that yes I had enough money in my account, but OD had placed $637.xx worth of holds against my credit card, which resulted in the check bouncing untill overdraft protection kicked in, then I get slammed with 2 $27.50 charges for the service. I called OD up and they referred it to a supervisor, I mean in the end I'll have my money, but WTF?!? How did they get 600 bucks?
