At my previous job, everyone was in their 20s, some in their early 30s. It was a true tech company but I left for monetary reasons. Other than that, it was a fun place to work in and everyone got along with everyone.

Now, I'm in a different company where its primarily older folks. A lot of cliques and bitching and moaning. Sheesh, I didnt realize old ppl complain about the dumbest things ever. I just keep to myself and watch everyone stab each other in the back. It's pretty funny if you ask me.
