I guess those of us in the lowly state colleges aren't high enough in the educational food chain.

My school wasn't in there either. 🙁

I was able to sign into Microsoft DreamSpark and download Visual Studio 2013, Server 2012 & Virtual PC 2007 with my school email. 🙂
