Office 365 Desktop Apps

With the Office 365 subscription service, do you get to download the new Office 2013 desktop apps? I know the MS Office site says you get access to the web versions.
 
With the new Office 365 Home Premium subscription, you do get access to the latest versions - as MS says, it's "Always up to date" (look here)

As for the hosted Exchange Office 365 (same name, different service) only the highest level plan lets you download the Office desktop apps. For now, they're still offering 2010 although I assume that 2013 will come to that service soon.
 
nitrous9200, thanks for the reply. I assume the latest desktop apps are also available with the Small Business plan for Office 365?
