In outlook 2010, anytime i open up a email, none of the pictures showup. I have to right click on and then click on download pictures to download all of the pictures for that email. I havent seen an option to enable automatic download of all pictures. I know in outlook 2007, when you click on the download pictures in the email, it gave you the option to turn on the automatic picture download. But i don't see anything like that in the outlook 2010 technical preview.
 
For automatic picture download in Outlook 2010 click File>Options>Trust Center>Trust Center Settings and untick "Don't download pictures automatically in HTML e-mail messages or RSS items
