Office 2010 beta to final question

I have the Office 2010 beta installed, and in particular have been using the Outlook 2010 beta. I am ready to buy the final Office 2010. Can I install it over hte beta, or do I have to uninstall the beta? If I have to uninstall, how do I transfer or save the email messages and contacts from the beta version into the final version?
 
Don't know about the Beta. But, I have used Office 2010 final now for about 3 weeks (MS TechNet) and it upgraded directly over 2007. It is OK except for one thing in my world - the program desktop shortcut icons cannot be changed. 🙁

Otherwise, it is good.
