I have the above set up on my laptop,and recently on my wife's desktop.The outlook passwork for my email is on my laptop.Is there anyway I can find out what it is,other than having my ip reset it for it to work on the desktop?
 
If you're using standard POP3, you could take a network sniff of the laptop connecting to the mail server. The password should be sent in the clear, so you will see it in the trace.

If you are using POP3S, you won't be able to see the password over the wire.
