Just wondering what's the license scheme is like. Is it as strict (stupid) as Vista or just normal like the regular old Offices?

Thanks,

I just upgraded from 2003 to 2007 and didn't see anything odd. What do you mean by license scheme. BTW, I don't have Vista.

Well from what I've read, Vista periodically checks for validity of the license and completely render the OS useless until it is reactivated correctly. For corporate Vistas, the company has to set up a license server and all Vista machines are configure to verify its license with the server from time to time. The server then connects with Microsoft's server to verify its license. So my question is, does the office 2007 enterprise uses that scheme or not? Thanks,

Who knows. Why would you use enterprise version instead of the regular version?
