office 2003 product key from ID

I'm working on a system that included a trial version of office 2003 with the install. A while back, we purchased, online, the key to the full version. The system was just wiped and sent in for some repairs, and I now need to re-enter the product key.

The problem is, I wrote down the product ID, but don't have the key. Is there by any chance a link on microsofts site where I can find the key by inputting the ID and/or verifying my identity? Microsoft support claims I need to call for a new CD, but I don't think we ever got one; we just have the product ID. the number they gave for a "new" CD isn't open on sundays, and I'd really like to get this working today.

Any ideas or links for assistance would be appreciated.
