Office 2003 Personal Language settings

With Office2k3, can you change the language of the UI such as from English -> Japanese and vice versa? And if you buy a non English Office, can you get the help files in English? Mostly I just want to change the lang settings in Word2k3 but if you can do it with the other Office apps that would be good.

edit: will be installed on Win2k, if that matters
