Does anybody know if there is any official government place to report bogus rebates?

I have purchase OCZ 2GB from Monarch.com where they indicate there is a $35 dollar rebate with it. After I got rejected from the rebate center, I called them up. They tell me that the rebate is not valid where my UPC code does not match anything in their computer. I told them there is no way because I have both the rebate form and the copy of my UPC code in front of me where both indicate the rebate is valid. Since the rebate is the agreement between the manufacture and the vendor who sells the product, I will have to call them back.

Now, I want to know if anybody know any official government place I can report bogus rebate and hopefully to put a stop on this kind of cheating behavior.

Thanks,

Hey, I used to work at OCZ. I will forward this on to the correct people there and they will take care of you. Sit tight. You'll get your rebate. :)

Good to see ocz get involved here with these issues.

Tigerdirect tried the same thing here a while ago, but they couldn't keep up with all the complaints and quietly were never heard from again. :D
