I've got a Scythe ninja and a BT, I'd go with the BT if you're not a hardcore noise freak. It's quiet at full speed, cheap, simple and a hell of a lot easier to fit than the Ninja.

No idea about the Mine.

E6400. Better mobos needed to find its wall though from what I hear. I read an article about the Scythe mine. It didnt get that good of a review. The Ninja or BT would be a better choice.
