I am trying to use "Offer Remote Assistance" in Win XP Pro environment. However, I am receiving an error message which says, "Remote Assistance Failed. Please try again." Can anyone help me with this problem?
I have configured the local group policy under the "Novice" computer by enabling "Solicited Remote Assistance" as well as "Offer
Remote Assistance" and add in the proper "expert".
Any clues?

ps. Both the Novice's and the Expert's computers are under internal IP addresses. The communication does not have to go through a NAT router or a firewall.

Many Thanks!

mmmm...how would that be possible? if you have an internal IP then you are behind some sort of NAT/Proxy. That being the case, you need ot make sure that the proper ports are open. I think RAD uses the same ports as Terminal Services.
