off topic: System Memory question what does "Organization: 2 x 32M x 64 " exactly mean?

hey guys, a total of 512MB (two 256 sticks) of memory in a 2 x 32M x 64 configuration means that it is double sided each of the 256 sticks has 128MB on each side that are four 32MC ICs, right?
