Ok, I made a post and by the majority vote they all told me to take it off because it was aganist the rules... usually they have a sticky on the top of every forum telling you the rules and no where did I see a sticky that said I could not post about that previous topic so where are these rules you all keep telling me I just broke?

Stop being obtuse and listen to the advise you were given here. Also, learn to post in the correct forum.

How can I be a idiot for asking a question?

Doesn't look like you have long for ATOT. THe rule is not to be an idiot. If you think something might be crossing the line, don't post it.

Well we are all adults here are we not? So, how can I can not discuss a topic without everyone acting like little kids?

Ignorance of the... eh whatever... I forget the quote, but hopefully you get the idea.

Common sense is usually a good primary resource when you're not sure about what is or is not a good idea.

Well the topic was not an attack aganist anyone, or a racial slur or anything that could cause any immediate damage to anyone and I explicitly put the topic as a 18+ and said it had explicite content and that right there should say it is not for everyones eyes...

If you have to put 18+ it is not allowed. This isn't rocket science.

Basically, browse every locked topic you can find. If there's a Mod comment, read it. And whatever you do, don't do anything that might piss off the mods (insulting other members, swearing, etc etc). Basically they try to keep everything civil around here (which usually is never true anyway, but they try).

Well I put that so it could ward off anyone who is just clicking on the topics and tell them that the topic they are about to select is for a mature audience but guess that is too hard for some...

They're in your head somewhere. You just need to access the proper memory location. If you think "common sense" you should come across it easily.

O rly.

I'm a super moderator to a gaming forum, they have posted rules, everyone can read them, easy to find, easy to read for the skim over types, short sweet, to the point. They have rules, I visit other forums, they have rules, I have often wondered why this one does not.

Common sense is hard to find for some, spelling it out works for some too.

Like the law in real life, most people don't know the specifics, they just get a general feel for it from experience, preferably someone else's.

Also, they're more guidelines than actual rules.
