Man, I had a problem with my GeForce2 GTS. I e-mailed them on their site. Within 24 hours I had a reply, and we have been sending e-mail back and fourth. I have to say that these guys have the best tech support I have ever seen. They really do take care of the customer. I am really impressed with them. This is why I always prefer to buy hercules. It's service like this that proves I am making the right choice. I am seriously looking into that G3 from them now. It may be a little more, but I know where the money goes, and that's alright with me.

No doubt! So, what was wrong with your Hercules GF2 GTS? C'os I have one also.

Not completely sure. It's a strange situation. It won't post on my 8K7A, but it will on some other systems. I thought it was the 8K7A, but after further testing on other systems it locks up, displays funky graphics and what not. It aint the core cause it wasn't overclocked. I think it has something to do with voltage, because it was doing some weird stuff with the voltage.

Is Hercules going to send you a new one or are you going to RMA it back to the company you bought it from? G/L either way. BTW that is strange man. :-/

Thats awesome. Its guillormot right? They replaced an old tnt2 that went bad on a while back and the turnaround was amazing. Like 2 weeks and I had a brand new one. Bump for an awesome company....

xSuicidaLx, make sure the memory on the card is not corrupted. I had problems similar to those with my AIW Radeon. Youd think, or i would, that if the memory is corrupted the card wouldnt even boot or display stuff but no, it put vertical bars through stuff and finally gave up the ghost. Anyways, hope you figure it out, glad youve got some good help.

I bought it from Comp USA, I don't have a receipt so I can't take it back to where I bought it, so they are letting me deal directly with them. It might be the mem, not sure. I guess I will find out soon. These guys are awesome.
