Man, I had a problem with my GeForce2 GTS. I e-mailed them on their site. Within 24 hours I had a reply, and we have been sending e-mail back and fourth. I have to say that these guys have the best tech support I have ever seen. They really do take care of the customer. I am really impressed with them. This is why I always prefer to buy hercules. It's service like this that proves I am making the right choice. I am seriously looking into that G3 from them now. It may be a little more, but I know where the money goes, and that's alright with me.
