Of these digital video caramera which one is the best?

My parents are looking at buying a digital video camera, and are trying to figure out a good one to buy. They are looking to spend somewhere between $500-$700 on it, and would like to be able to have it do stills and video. Yes, I know that most video cameras will not have the best still pictures, but they just want to be able to snap a quick picture with it every now and then.

So, what would you recommend?



They are looking at one of these three cameras, though are still open to others if anybody knows of a better one for about the same price:
JVC
Model: GRDVM55U
or Model: GRDVM90U which is an open box item at circuit city for $849, which one of the JVC's is better?

Sharp
Model: VLWD45OU

Sony
Model: DCRTRV330

Which one is the better video camera for the price?

Edit the thread some to reflect some of the cameras they are looking at. Some advice would be greatly appreciated.

For that price I'd try for the TRV530. Most bang for the buck at this point in time. Buy it at your local Sears for reasons of price matching and easy returns.
