So I've got my Tax Refund .. and finally going to build my new rig. I'm going with a i5-2500k, HD 6870, 2x4GB DDR3 1600 1.5v, Mushkin 120GB SSD, and my current DVD & other HDDs.

Of these PSUs .. what do you recommend, pros/cons:

OCZ ModXStream Pro - OCZ600MXSP

I am a big Seasonic fan, just finished a build similar to yours and put in X650 X gold but in your range check this one out as I can't comment on the three you posted. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151095

doh! I forgot to add this too .. I was cross checking these on Hardware Secretes & didn't find their test/review of the M12II 620 Bronze .. part of the reason why I didn't list it ..

Umm...none of the above

Why only those 3?

Why .. cause they were the ones that stood out in my Filtered search on NE. 550~630 W, modular, under $90.

What's wrong with the PCP&C Silencer? Those things are awesome.

I would like to agree .. according to HWS the PCP&C has some very clean power at full load .. slightly cleaner than the Seasonic S12II 520 Bronze in their tests. While the OCZ does stay with in ATX specs, it is the least clean. And Cool Master is pretty clean too.

I built a pc for family with the ocz modxtream in a midtower case and had great difficulty with the length of the cables. Even in a midtower case, the cable to the processor (EPS12 or w/e) was EXTREMELY tight... I would never get one of those ever again.

I kinda had the OCZ on the bottom of my list, cause it had less than expected clean power (ripple & noise) at load, now it's off the list D:

I am leaning toward the PC P&C for the clean power it delivers, and great deal it will be w/rebate. A very close 2nd would be the Seasonic, and 3rd is the Cool Master.

I don't think that going with any of those would be a bad choice.
They're all very nice PSUs, and none of them would let you down.
(As long as you don't try anything crazy, like putting SLI GTX 480s on them. :p)
