# of layers on motherboard question.

I was just browsing the web and I saw an advertisment by MSI for their new P4 motherboard. The 850 Pro2 Lite. MSI uses the fact that this board is the first 4-layer P4 motherboard as something to brag about. Is this something to brag about? I realize that technically, yes it is an accomplishment. But does this offer any advanteges for me as a consumer? I realize the board will be probably be cheaper, but does it make the board faster or more stable? Or does the 4-layer actually decrease stability? Also wouldn't using only 4 layers cause the board to be more fragile? Thanks for your input.
