She was on CNN this morning and said this. Here's the link.
And here's a snippet...

BLITZER: Matt, you worked in the Clinton administration. Have these Democrats, with the exception of Lieberman, moved back towards the more liberal left part of the Democratic Party?

MILLER: I don't think so. And I really have to say I am offended when Ann Coulter says only Joe Lieberman is patriotic, no other Democrat is. That's such rubbish, and it's the kind of smear tactics that just is -- it's so wrong, it almost doesn't bear response. But you can't let it go.

I think what's happened is, the Republican mainstream has moved so radically to the right, that Democrats who are basically for things like basic health coverage for everyone, better schools, and more efforts to make schools better for less fortunate kids, that those kids things, as well as strong defense and international foreign policy, are things that are in the mainstream.

Most of the Democratic candidates have colesed around that. And I think any of them will present a more powerful alternative to the kind of radical conservatism we're seeing at the White House.

BLITZER: All right. We're going to take a quick break, but I'll let Ann respond quickly. You are not questioning the patriotism of any of these Democratic candidates, are you Ann?

MILLER: That is what she said.

BLITZER: Well, I'm asking her.

COULTER: I'm saying -- I noticed that Matt immediately goes to, you know, universal health care, and not what I think is rather more pressing issue, the war on terrorism. And eight of the nine don't want to fight it.

MILLER: Why can't we walk and chew gum at the same time?

BLITZER: Bu Ann, are you saying they are not patriotic? Is that what you are saying?

COULTER: I am saying they don't want to fight the war on terrorism. And the patriotic Democratic, the only one vaguely patriotic, is Joe Lieberman. And the rest of them, we would have to get used to having planes flying into our skyscrapers. That is their position.

MILLER: Oh, please.

COULTER: They would not -- they are against the treatment -- they're worried about the treatment of prisoners in Guantanamo. They're upset about John Ashcroft.

MILLER: That's absurd.

COULTER: They wouldn't go into Iraq? Well, what would they do?

MILLER: It's absurd and offensive and insulting. I mean, you've got better...

I know. I know. Everyone here knows Coulter is waaaay over the top (or do they?), but it's fun to show how much of a nut she truly is now and then. :D

Coulter isn't in touch with OUR universe.

For example John Kerry:

Among the decorations he received for his service are a Silver Star, a Bronze Star, and three Purple Hearts. He also received two Presidential Unit Citations and a National Defense Service medal. linky

What has Coulter done?

Tap Hitler for the Republican nomination, and she would have multiple orgasms all over the place.

Over the top?

Insane more like it.

No, crazy like a fox. She makes big bucks pushing insanity, but she laughs all the way to the bank. If she were patriotic, she would leave the country and start a conflict somewhere else.

I think that Lieberman is a more balanced candidate than Dean or Kerry. He's actually rational and a democrat that I, as republican, might consider voting for. Dean is so far left he's off the chart and Kerry, despite his military accolades, is a bit of a loose cannon. Kerry uses the "F" word during an interview with a magazine that targets teens? We're gonna entrust our arsenal to him?

Get real.

And using the 'F-Word' in an interview with a magazine that is known to use hard core language, since thier readers do,
is more of a 'No-No' that Bush on stage with an open microphone saying to his companion (Cheney ?)
'This guy is a Major-League Asshole' ?

Coulter only praises Lieberman because she is trying to put a wedge in the vote process of the dem repesentive for the party to be the next President. I will go for Dean/Kerry or Dean/Lieberman but not one of these candidates other than Dean has any chance to beat Bush unless the party moves to the center, shows true fiscal conservatism, reigns in the run-a-way government spending on waste and pork, begins to provide the sustainable and responsible compassion for the children and elderly and those who do not have silver spoons hanging out of their orrifices.

Lieberman at one time might have been viable. He is just an also ran again, along with Braun,Sharpten, Clark and Edwards.

Interesting only in terms of just what's considered "Left" and what seemingly constitutes irresponsible behavior...

The only thing vaguely left in Dean's agenda is healthcare, and I suppose that would make Truman a leftist, as well. Representing fiscal integrity as leftist is a remarkable feat of logic all by itself, come to think of it...

As far as Kerry's comments about Dubya's conduct of the whole Iraqi debacle is concerned, I haven't really heard too many argue that Kerry was actually wrong in his assessment. Poor choice of words? perhaps... but they're only words, unlike the real weapons employed by our soldiers at the behest of the C in C... Kerry's lived war, unlike Dubya. He knows full well what he'd be asking of our troops, and I doubt he'd make such a request on the flimsy pretexts currently in vogue...

As for Coulter, her interpretation of Patriotism is more than slightly skewed. Demagoguery is not patriotism, nor is blind obedience to a cause not examined or defined. WoT? Just what does that entail? Creating a huge millitary machine that's obviously ineffective for the task at hand? Holding deluded islamic idealists w/o charge for years on end? Show Trials? Invading other countries so that their assets can be sold off cheap to our corporate cronies? Or maybe all of this will just create more resentment and breed more terrorists? Or maybe it's just self aggrandizement thru fear-mongering... It's a chimera, an illusion, a sanctimonious play on words and a cynical predation on deliberately fostered hysteria... The effects of 9/11 have been purposefully enhanced and exploited to serve partisan ends, and yet that's supposedly patriotic?

What makes Coulter think she is a Partiot? I don't consider her any more of a patriot than Joe McCarthy and Roy Cohn! She needs to eat something and STFU!
