OEM vs Retail

Whats the difference between them other than the price. I am going to get a radeon 64mb vivo soon and wat to know if getting it oem is a good or bad idea.

well, you're likely not to get a retail box, nor a manual, nor perhaps even driver disk.

also, you might want to double check that it carries the normal warranty.

if you can handle all that, then you're hooked up and you're saving some cash...cause you ARE getting a nice new card

I believe the OEM Radeon 64MB VIVOs are actually clocked slower than the retail ones! Go retail for that card. You can't go wrong.

yeah jamesbond007 is right. I think the OEM version of the Radeon 64MB comes clocked at 166/166 (core/mem), and the retail comes clocked at 183/183
