I'm sure this is an easy one, but I can't seem to wrap my head around it.
On newegg you can get an OEM version of Vista Ultimate for $199 while the retail for the "upgrade" version of Vista Ultimate is $250.
If this is the pricing scheme why would any home user waste money on getting the upgrade retail version when the OEM is so much cheaper, and from what I read it doesn't have to be an upgrade.
