OEM vs Retail cards Radeons

I was looking at New Egg and they have a Sapphire 9800 pro for $306. What is the difference between the OEM and Retail??? No extra software?? Is it underclocked??? It seems like a really good deal.

Depends on the people selling them OEM in cases like CPU's means just the processor with no HSF and a lower warranty. With an OS you get the CD with no manuals or tech support. HD's also just come with the drive and thats about it. Check with newegg to see what it comes with.
