Do oem 9700 pro's like this one come what heatsinks?, stoopid question I know, but I've always bought retail. And what are the differences between retail's and oem's? is it just the packaging and game bundle? thanks
 
warrenty on retail is usually longer and the clockspeeds on the retail are sometimes a little higher. I would hope that the oem raddy would come with a hs/fan becuase it would burn itself up if not. BTW it does have a hs/fan.
