OEM Vista Install question

I'm going to put together my parts for my new computer this weekend. Part of the build is a spanking new HD and OEM Vista. My last experiences with Win2k and Win XP OEM's have been easy. But now there is some info from Google searching that tells me this Vista thing might be different. Is there anything very different in the OEM Vista install? Will it activate online, or will I need to call or what?
