OEM Venice 3400+ and GeForce 6100 MATX mobo $80

Good deal if you already have some DDR. The board is the Biostar Geforce6100-M9, which should be nominally overclockable (I've owned the socket 754 version, Geforce6100-M7). The CPU's 11x multiplier is high enough that you'll hit the CPU limit before hitting the motherboard HTT limit.
