OEM Prophet 4500 OWNERS

Can you guys tell me what sort of ram is on your board? 5 or 5.5?

Throw in any other comments you might have... especially your luck on overclocking this puppy!

All indications are the OEM version has the 5ns memory on there. The Kyro II is not an overclocker-friendly vcard. If that is the reason that you will be buying it, you will be disappointed.

If you throw a fan on it, that will certainly help the core.

Heard enough about the "indications" more interested in what people get... should be some arriving at folk's houses as we speak.

With the overclocking, we'll see... a card cooler, heatsinks, and a few other tweaks can make a good bit of difference.

Just for reference, it's usually a good idea to only post a topic on one forum, because it's redundant. If you get no help, then posting in others is considered fine, but the mods tend not to look highly upon bumping two threads with the same topic in different forums.

Not worried. Different sorts of folks visit different categories. Trying to reach the broadest audience possible. Posting in Video and General is something I have done many times before. Just looking for answers. Thanks though.

If you've done it many times, and you have only 10 posts, then you've changed your name, which though not strictly against the rules, also tends to be frowned upon. I'm not trying to be an ass, just trying to keep the mods off you back.

Accounts come and go as do installs and cookies.... folks don't.
Been around a while.... post counts in a very limited as to what they can tell you.
