OEM Pre Installation Kit?

I ordered the OEM systems builders windows XP operating system for my new build, and now am reading about the pre installation kit, wondering if it is needed to install this copy of XP on my new machine? Would someone who knows about OEM Windows XP software disk tell me what I have to do to install this operating system on my computer.

No, you don't need it. You can install Windows XP from the OEM disc exactly as you would from the Retail disc.
