OEM or Retail Video cards?

I see that some cards on NewEgg, ZZF etc. are just OEM bundles that don't have the retail packaging or what it entails... I'm getting an ATi X850 XTPE to be exact...What I'd like to know specifically is do you still have a warranty with the company that manufactuered it or the place you got it from? And also since the X850 XTPE is dual DVI does the OEM come with a VGA adapter, cables, manual or anything of that sort?

Anyone who has bought OEM please respond... thanks in advance.

Warranties are still valid with the manufacturer. And OEM usually denotes no cables, adapters, etc, but that can change depending on who boxed it up. Usually, places will tell you what comes in the box.

My OEM Sapph X850XT from Newegg came in a Ziplock bag 😛 (the card was in an antistatic pouch, but they then took it plus all the accessories & discs and bagged them). OEM warranties sometimes come from the mfr., sometimes the vendor. Read the product descriptions carefully. My card is warrantied by Newegg and came with everything displayed here.

So basically you get most of the stuff that's packaged with the pretty retail box but just in a ziploc bag... i can deal with that. I just want to make sure that the warranty is the same as if i were to buy a retail. dont really matter who its with just as long as its the same span as the retail warranty.
