Most OEM versions of video cards are somwhat worse than their retail counterparts. It helps to keep the costs down.

My tnt2 m64 which i bought from a guy and was brand new i a box and stuff was clocked at 125/125. The norm for those cards is 150...right, so there, maybe ur thoery is right...OEM cards are clocked at lower speeds cuz when they brake ur screawed, so they try maybe to save u some trouble.

BTW people can some one tell me wich is the core clock freq and wich is the memory clock
For example the 125/125...is the 1st number the core speed? thx
